Introduction
By creating an account with Frontlines Tech (“the Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”), the Customer (“you”, “your”) agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern the use of our web hosting, email, and related tools (collectively, the “Services”). We reserve the right to update these Terms and Condition at any time without notice, effective immediately upon being posted on our website.
Modification of Services
We may modify or replace any hardware or software components used to deliver the Services at any time without prior notice. You acknowledge that such updates are necessary for security and performance and may result in changes to how your content or applications function. It is your responsibility to ensure your customizations remain compatible with our evolving infrastructure. We are not liable for any data loss, downtime, or degradation of customized content caused by these modifications.
Payment, Billing, and Refunds
Payments
All charges are displayed in USD. We accept payment through Stripe and Paypal.
All fees are due at the start of a billing cycle. Services auto-renew unless canceled. Accounts overdue by 5 days may be suspended. Accounts overdue by 30 days may be terminated and data permanently deleted. All past due and unpaid balances are subject to collection. You will be liable for all costs of collection.
Refund Policy
All products and Services are non-refundable.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
By purchasing our Services, you agree not to file a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting our support team and allowing us reasonable oppurtunity to resolve the issue. Any chargeback or payment dispute will result in immediate service suspension without notice. A non-refundable chargeback handling fee will be applied to cover administrative, processing, and payment processor penalties. This fee will be no less than the amount charged to us by our third-party payment processors, Stripe and PayPal, and may be higher depending on circumstances.
Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
Your Responsibility
By agreeing to these terms, you acknoweledge that you may not use our Services for any of the following:
- Illegal & Infringing Activities: Hosting or linking to copyrighted material without permission, engaging in fraud, scams, or identity theft, hacking, phishing, network attacks, or virus and malware distribution.
- Resources Abuse: Excessive use of CPU, RAM, bandwidth or any other resources which negatively impact other users on the server.
- Spamming: Sending unsolicited bulk emails or misrepresenting message headers to mask the origin of the email.
- Adult Content: Pornographic images, videos, and websites.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and to terminate accounts for any activity we deem harmful to our network or reputation, at our sole discretion.
Payment Card Data Prohibition
Our systems are not certified for PCI-DSS compliance. Customers are strictly prohibited from storing, processing, or transmitting cardholder data on our systems. All payment processing must be conducted through a PCI-DSS-compliant third-party payment processor, such as Stripe or PayPal. We are not liable for any fines, penalties, damages, or losses resulting from your failure to comply with PCI-DSS requirements.
Violations
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violiates these Terms and Conditions or poses a security risk or legal threat without prior notice. We will be the sole arbiter of what consitutes a violation of this policy.
Intellectual Property
We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect users of our Services to do the same. By accepting these terms, you agree that you will not copy, republish, reproduce, or use any material found on our website without our express written consent.
We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). Please contact us at info@frontlinestech.com to report copyright infringements.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extend permitted by law, Frontlines Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits or data) arising out of the use or inability to use our Services.
Backups and Data Responsibility
While Frontlines Tech provides regular backups, you are solely responsible for maintaining your own backups. We are not liable for data loss, corruption, or accidental deletion.
Service Level Agreement
We strive to provide a reliable hosting platform.
- Uptime Goal: We aim for 99.9% uptime.
- Maintenance: Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party providers or circumstances beyond our control.
Termination
You may cancel your account with us at any time via the client portal or by contacting us at support@frontlinestech.com.
